Personal Consulting for Managers
Enhancing Organizational Processes

The personal consulting process is designed to help managers function more effectively in achieving their objectives. This process, performed within a series of personal sessions, helps managers of all levels define clear goals and objectives, and achieve them while receiving support in overcoming obstacles.
The process helps managers enhance their awareness of effective and non-effective managerial patterns. Their management skill repertoire expands, as does their ability to adapt managerial patterns to changing situations.

Conducted in collaboration with the organization’s management, this process is designed to help achieve organizational objectives and effectively manage transitions and change processes including transition from start-up to mature organization, transforming to global management, improving interfaces between organizational functions, establishing work plans to implement organizational strategy, integrating corporate culture and values, and managing organizational structure changes.
The management team development process is designed to help the management team discover the gaps between existing and desired states, analyze causes for the gaps, plan necessary change processes and apply them while maintaining follow-up. The process enables management team members to examine their teamwork and implement improvement processes by understanding teamwork practices and patterns which enhance or obstruct achievement of objectives.
A unique program, being held twice a year, has been developed for HR managers who regularly perform OD and management consulting activities. The program is meant to improve consulting skills and tools and help HR managers proactively identify organizational challenges requiring consulting intervention, and give them optimal internal answer.

Team Development

Many managers have come to their current managerial position from professional background. Managerial knowledge, tools and skills were therefore not part of their training. Through a short and focused process, managers’ development programs help groups of managers acquire managerial skills and tools (the process can be designed for a managerial level or for an organic team of managers).

Team development programs are suited for organic or task (ad-hoc) teams. This process is designed to help teams identify objectives, discover gaps between existing and desired states and analyze their causes; plan required change processes; and apply them while maintaining follow-up. The process enables team managers and members to examine their teamwork and implement improvement processes by understanding teamwork practices and characteristics which enhance or obstruct achievement of goals.
